You can try looking through The Campfire, Gladiator's Arena and Arcane Repository forums for builds, strategies, skill thoughts, etc.

But as stated, most guilds and/or groups won't tell the general public theiur full builds and strats, but you should be able to gleam a fair idea of what works with what by looking at the posted builds, strat's, skill thoughts, etc that are in those 3 forums.
